When drafting prenuptial agreements or wills, we will consider which legal system applies to your case and which is most advantageous for you. We can also draw on an international network of colleagues from other legal systems when considering comparative law issues.
Divorces granted abroad often need to be formally recognised in order to be valid in Germany. We can help you with this.
